Warranties cover all device repairs for parts and labor during the period selected by the purchaser and are backed by Hako-Med’s satisfaction guarantee. 1.  For existing Hako-Med customers that own the PRO ElecDT^® 2000 Electromedical System Hako-Med offers the following warranty program:

Three-Year Extension Plan - $2500.00 - Includes two free Shipping Certificates*

Warranty Protection Includes:

• All Warranty programs include repair or replacement of defective parts or device (including labor for period selected).
• Use of replacement device while device is being serviced/repaired (based on availability)
• Shipping Certificate(s) dependent on warranty program chosen.

2.  For used or third party purchases of a PRO ElecDT^® 2000 Electromedical System the following warranty program is available"

Three-Year Extension Plan - $10,000.00 - Includes system evaluation and servicing

• All Warranty programs include repair or replacement of defective parts or device (including labor for period selected).
• Use of replacement device while device is being serviced/repaired (based on availability)
• Shipping Certificate(s) dependent on warranty program chosen.

* Shipping Certificates are redeemable for the full cost of shipping device to Hako-Med for service/repair and return shipping cost to purchaser. Arrangements for shipping the device while using the Shipping Certificate will be taken care of by Hako-Med. Hako-Med reserves the right to select courier and method of shipment when using a shipping charge coupon. Purchaser may only use one (1) shipping charge per year of warranty. Only device requested for service/ repair may be shipped using a shipping charge coupon unless authorized by Hako-Med.

Limited Warranty: This specific product carries a warranty for the term agreed upon by the purchaser and Hako-Med U.S.A. on all standard parts from the date of sale by Hako-Med U.S.A. Inc., during which time we will repair or replace any part(s), which become defective because of material or workmanship. We agree to repair or replace at our approved facilities, without charge, all defects, provided the unit is delivered to us intact for our examination within time agreed upon for all standard parts by Hako-Med U.S.A. Inc., and provided such examination discloses in our final judgment, that it is thus defect. Freight charges incurred are to be paid by the purchaser.

This warranty does not apply in the event of, but not limited to, equipment damage or misuse, use in violation of instructions furnished by Hako-Med U.S.A. Inc., if the serial number altered or removed. Hako-Med U.S.A. Inc. reserves the right to modify or change the equipment in whole or part at any time prior to delivery in order to include refinement deemed appropriate to the company but without incurring any liability to modify or change any equipment previously delivered or to supply new equipment in accordance with earlier specifications. Warranty only valid to original purchaser.
